Lauren has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry most of her adult life.  She has been licensed for more than six years. In that time she has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including cutting and styling many different types of hair. While Lauren knows how to use many techniques, her specialty and passion is color. Previously working with Aveda, she is now a certified Organic Stylist. She loves using Organic Color Systems color and styling products. Lauren believes in continuous education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field. Her knowledge of new products and techniques allow her to provide excellent service to her clientele. She specializes in cutting edge coloring techniques, foil highlights and lowlights, color correction, gray reduction, modern cuts, razor cuts, men’s cuts, kid’s cuts, styling, and waxing.  She stays updated on all the latest trends so that she can give you the look you want. Lauren places high value on listening to her clients, understanding their needs and respecting their hair.

~~For nearly three decades Alisa Hall has been truly passionate and devoted to innovation within the hair industry.   Alisa graduated from Cheveux School of Hair Design Jacksonville, NC in 1994 and then attended Empire Beauty School Whitehall, PA in 1999 where she obtained her Educator’s license.  She takes her continued education and training very seriously; and enjoys attending industry trade shows such as Inter coiffure New York, Premier Orlando, Myrtle Beach and Atlanta to sharpen her technical skills and keep up with trends. Being in the hair industry for over twenty years, Alisa has gained extensive knowledge with all hair types, specializing in cutting, perming, straightening, color trends, dimensional coloring, highlighting, and color correction. "Correct color placement will enhance a great cut."  She has trained with some of the top stylists and companies in the Salon Industry. Honesty and Integrity are two things that are extremely important to Alisa which encompasses her motto “Lead by Example."  Alisa’s passion and extensive industry knowledge has provided her the opportunity to fulfill her true joy of inspiring and educating new stylists to be successful behind the chair.  In 2005 Alisa became an educator at the Aveda Institute in Washington D.C.. where in 2006 she was awarded the “Leading through Education" Award for top educator. She then moved to Roanoke, VA in 2008 and has recently become a Hair Restoration Specialist. She has also been a facilitator at the Roanoke, Virginia American Cancer Society  "Look Good, Feel Better" program.  Alisa took on her next venture, taking over ownership of Revive Organic Salon and in February 2013 and becoming the Regional Educator for Organic Salon Systems. For two seasons, she was hair stylist to Joy Sutton, from "The Joy Sutton Show".  Alisa and Revive Organic Salon enjoy using Naturally derived products, because they deliver amazing results while maintaining the integrity of the hair. She recently graduated from Derma Elite Academy in Richmond, VA  where she obtained her license in Micropigmentation.  Alisa’s mission is to provide awareness for stylist and clients on the health of hair without compromising the integrity of the hair.
